Kit's Original Narratives

This four-year narrative is created from 36 audio tapes recorded and sent by me, Kit Porter, to my family in Massachusetts & California between 1975 and 1979. In the accompanying transcripts, each chapter is identified with the date the tape was made and the audio tape number in the KPV Collection audio Inventory. Not all the tapes survived the past 50 years; some had been taped over and some were missing or unclear. Actual recordings are at different speeds because of electrical problems. Music from the radio or records can make it difficult to hear words.

I am posting these now, June 2025, to meet my goal of sharing during my 80th year content that I have about the CNMI that no one else has. THESE NEED EDITING, but I will probably not have time to do it.
