This site recognizes the Peace Corps Volunteers, staff and trainers who served in Micronesia/Trust Territory of the Pacific Islands during the first decade of Peace Corps. They were identified by training group starting with Micro I in 1967. This information is incomplete and has been difficult to obtain both from the island groups in which they served and from the Peace Corps.
In 2023 Jeanne Olopai & Rosie Casey offered to help and began work focused on answering the question “Who served as PCVs, staff & trainers in the NMI & Micronesia during Peace Corps first decade?”
